I still find it hard to believe a State Attorney General does not have jurisdiction on crimes committed in the state. However, this is good news. Next, the entire TMB (Texas Medical Board) needs to be fired and replaced with non-criminals. Their first step should be review the licenses of the former TMB members.
I'm serious that AG Paxton should return all campaign donations from members of the TMB, but not to them. Instead, it should be placed in a trust and distributed to the victims of TMB criminality. There's probably more than one.
