In a defining moment of October 2021, Dr. Eric Rubin, editor-in-chief of the NEJM, articulated a sentiment that has since reverberated through the medical community: “We’re never going to learn how safe this vaccine is unless we start giving it.” Fast forward to today, the narrative has shifted dramatically with over 3000 peer-reviewed studies highlighting the adverse effects of the COVID-19 vaccines, presenting a severe reaction risk estimated at 1 in 800. As a practitioner, I've observed a concerning trend in real-world data: 7% of my new patient consultations over the last two years have been for chronic debilitating conditions directly linked to these vaccines. The evidence is clear; it's time to end the experiment - any other product would have been pulled off the market a long time ago.

The pandemic is over, it’s definitely over. I’ve treated over 6000 COVID patients, and though I still see new cases regularly, I no longer worry about my patients like I once did. The establishment wants to move on, pretend the pandemic never happened, and honestly, it would be the easiest thing to do. But we cannot take the easy way out. We must be willing to do the hard thing - speak up and fight back.

COVID affected every single voter in this country, yet most people in office and running for office don’t want to talk about it. Early in the pandemic, I shied away from politics, worried it would weaken my argument. I believe that was the right call at the time. But now the data could not be more clear - the COVID shots are dangerous and should be pulled off the market. We need the people we elected to protect us to take action.

Three months ago, I stumbled upon a post on X from Michigan State Representative Brad Paquette, who shared his personal ordeal with vaccine-induced myocarditis. I knew because of his experience and position, his voice could have an impact, so I asked him if he’d be willing to publicly call for the COVID shots to be pulled off the market. He whole-heartedly responded “Yes!,” and his response gave me the courage to ask other politicians the same question. To my surprise, many shared similar concerns, leading to a rapidly growing coalition. In just three months, our list of candidates and elected officials calling for the COVID shots to be pulled off the market has surged to 255 members, underscoring a widespread and urgent call for action against the backdrop of Big Pharma's influence on our electoral system.

Given how much money Big Pharma invests in our elections, putting one’s name on this list is politically risky. The pledge has expanded from simply stating the shots should be pulled off the market to also refusing to take donations from Big Pharma. By having the courage to put their name on this list, these candidates and elected officials are rejecting major funding that most politicians rely on to hold office.

In an effort to counter this, I, alongside Dr. Kat Lindley, Dr. Mollie James, Dr. Molly Rutherford, and Brian Roberts, founded Americans for Health Freedom. This 501(c)(4) initiative is dedicated to rallying politicians, physicians, and scientists around a pledge to demand the withdrawal of the COVID-19 vaccines and to reject financial contributions from Big Pharma. Our goal is to deliver a decisive message to Washington D.C.: the health and autonomy of the American populace are paramount and the COVID shots must be pulled off the market.

How can you help? Americans for Health Freedom is a grassroots organization. We are not backed by big money, but our list has grown thanks to word of mouth on social media. Please share our website on social media and share by email to your representatives - one and done is not enough, we need to repeatedly ask. The majority of people in the US - including those in office - are no longer getting the COVID shot. Ask your representatives if they are still getting them - or giving them to their children - and if not, why not? If they aren’t safe enough for them or their children, why are they safe enough for their constituents?

Beyond spreading the word, we are trying to raise money. No donation is too small, if we all pitched in $5 we could make a big impact. The politicians on the list did not need persuasion. They are all like us - feel very strongly about what’s happened - and if we want change, we need to replace those staying silent with ones who will do the hard thing, speak up and fight back.
