Great arguments!! Sounds like the judge seems to be reasonable. Praying for discovery to begin and the FDA to be held liable.

Maybe I'm biased but it seems like the judge is sympathetic to you and a bit skeptical about the DOJ and FDA.

The Feds LOVE to "muddy the waters" with innuendo, half-truths and out-right LIES in the above Court Transcript. I don't have the research but why are the Feds ONLY going after Ivermectin, but leaving Remdesivir alone ? Again, I don't have the research but what is the "success rate" of people who got Ivermectin and lived VERSUS Remdesivir ?

Why do MANY people who take Remdesivir, have to be admitted to the Hospital after taking it ? Are the Adverse Reactions so quick and deadly that Doctor's recommend a person take it at a Hospital ? How many people who took Remdesivir at home, had an Adverse Reaction, and died before they could get to the Hospital ER ?

Apply the above same questions to Ivermectin. I have been on Ivermectin since February 2022 AND have not had to call an ambulance or have a friend rush me to the ER, because of the Ivermectin.

Has Remdesivir gone through a "Long Term Study, Double blind, placebo controlled study" like Ivermectin has ? How long has Remdesivir been on the market ? If memory serves me correct, Remdesivir causes Liver and Kidney failure - does Ivermectin have these same Adverse Reactions ?

This looks like the Feds are playing "favorites" when Medical professionals are ONLY allowed to suggest a patient take Remdesivir, and not allowed to mention Ivermectin because the Feds don't approve Ivermectin.

BOTTOM LINE:

Ivermectin was discovered in 1975 and approved for animals shortly thereafter. It was approved in 1987 for humans and has often been prescribed to treat head lice, scabies, river blindness, strongyloidiasis, trichuriasis, viruses such as dengue, Zika, yellow fever, and others. The only way Doctor's knew it would treat ALL of these things is by allowing Licensed Medical Doctor's to do what they do - "Practice Medicine." The Feds need to but out !

Why do I have a gut feeling that Dr. Falsey & democRATS are telling the FDA to INVESTIGATE Doctor's that do NOT follow and OBEY what he tells them to do ? In other words, Falsey is controlling the entire US Federal government agency's response involving Covid: FDA, NIH, etc.

Who was it that made the decision that ALL Hospitals and ALL Doctor's HAD to start treating patients with Remdesivir, even when they knew that Remdesivir has the NASTY Adverse Reaction side effects of Kidney FAILURE and Liver FAILURE ?

How many people have to die from Remdesivir BEFORE the FDA stops telling Hospitals and Doctor's - they can only treat people with Remdesivir ?

What are the NASTY Adverse Reaction side effects of Ivermectin and HCQ ?

We all know that the Feds have constantly changed the definition of things, which altered the numbers of people who died from Covid and the Jabs. I remember listening to some state Medical person was asked if a person was in a nasty accident and they bled out, the Hospital would test the dead person if they had Covid or not. If the person had Covid, then Coroners would put on their Death Certificate that they died of Covid, and TOTALLY IGNORE them bleeding out from the Motor Vehicle accident.

Have you hear about this Dr. Mary ? If yes, are city, county and state Coroners still doing this specifically LYING on people's Death Certificates ? I don't see how this could be legal since insurance company's may pay out on an accident, but they may REFUSE to pay out on a "Covid" death.
