On March 5, 2021 the FDA invaded my exam room. No shots were fired, but casualties resulted nonetheless. I fought back, and after a series of attacks and a long occupation, the FDA has finally retreated and fled back to Washington, DC. Reconstruction may take longer than the war, but FDA overreach into my office— and every doctor’s office in America— has now been halted.
Thank you Dr. Bowden...you have my deepest respect and admiration for standing strong. I would expect nothing less from any Texan but unfortunately....I have been disappointed more than once during the last apocalyptic four years.
Too bad for my father. Maybe he would still be alive. I’m sitting in front of his grave typing this. Today is his birthday. Everyday is a struggle knowing what they did to him and millions of others. God rest their souls. Prayers for justice 🙏
I believe this all is the result of Trump derangement syndrome, since Trump was the one who first mentioned ivermectin. People just couldn’t stand the idea that anything Trump said might be helpful. They would rather people would die than get any benefit from anything Trump said.
I wish I sought your practice out when after I had a physical with my family practice doctor. I asked her how she would treat me should I get sick. I asked about Ivermectin and HCQ and other therapeutics. She said the thing she was trained to say that “there’s no scientific basis, the data doesn’t show it works ( 🙄as if the jabs did) and then she said “ you can’t get it at the pharmacies anyhow, but don’t have any questions about the vaccine?” ( I was unjabbed). I left wishing I had brought papers and info. I told myself I was going to find another doctor. A week later I was exposed to the virus by two of my high school kids. I got a hold of IVM by a telehealth provider. Unfortunately it took a week to get it and it was not the dose I needed by then as I was getting sick. I had been doing all the supplements forever, but the virus was taking hold. Got a dose of monoclonal antibodies right before the government took control of that as well. Still ended up going to the hospital spending 11 days and then 11 days in rehab. I could go on with this story but the bottom line is, I KNEW IVM would have been more helpful with the proper dosage IF I HAD A DR WHO WAS NOT AFRAID TO USE IT! I have been following you Dr Bowden because as a former RN, I was very upset by what I saw happening. I thank God for surviving and for those courageous and convicted medical personnel that stood firm and strong, including Dr Bowden.
Thank you for standing up for yourself and for medicine, Dr. Bowden. Unfortunately this new FDA retraction message is going to be largely circulated among those of us who knew it was practicing medicine without a license against scientific principles. The nonsense they promoted is still in the memories of the rest who thought they were correct. I wish public billboards with an apology was part of the settlement! And mandatory PSAs on radio and TV. Maybe next time...
Tyranny. That's what this was, and unfortunately it continues. For right now the FDA can't continue its tyranny in this particular way, but it will find other ways. And of course our government continues its tyranny every day. Covid made it crystal clear that our governments hate us and want us dead. We are in a class war and Western governments are leading the charge. Thank God for doctors like Dr. Bowden, Marik, Kory, McCullough, Cole, and many others. They keep the light of liberty burning until we can end this madness once and for all.

I appreciate you, but winning in the US legal system looks a lot like losing. All of the insane covid precedents seem to be locked in place. If this has put a chink in "The System's" armor, I don't understand how. The criminals pass "law" and pseudo-law, and the righteous spend 5 years and a million dollars trying to right a wrong that has often times largely faded in relevance.

I have spoken to my friends & colleagues many times of you and your willingness to STAND up for your patients and by extension, all patients. People know about the "Texas ENT" doc.
You did not look for a fight or a cause to champion, but when you saw an injustice, you chose to STAND against it.
The People delegated powers to the Government. Government with its Administrations & Agencies continue to overstep its boundaries. Its arms grow longer with each unchallenged act.
I saw your tweet about smuggling ivermectin into the hospital and wanted to share I did as well. Using liquid ivermectin I would inject my dad’s dose into a coconut water carton under one of the flaps. I’d then use a glue gun to seal the hole and secure the flap. I would delivery daily and staff would take to him. Those evil killers had no clue what they were delivering.
Thank you Mary Talley Bowden for gathering fellow physicians to fight for principle, in regards to the freedom a doctor should have to discuss risk vs benefits of whatever mediation(s), you feel may be able to help a patient! Congrats on this win, making the FDA eat their words..so to speak! God bless you, your work, your family and patients, keeping you safe. Dr. Bowden I somehow found you on Twitter (now X) early during the Covid fiasco and found your story and posts to be very helpful in supporting my layman's objection the the mandates and encouragement by others to have the shot. I refuse to call it a vaccine. Also, your leadership in finding helpful treatment early for Covid encouraged us to locate Ivermectin as well as Hydroxychloroquine. We wanted to avoid hospital treatment at all costs as we knew that people were dying due to the treatment protocols hospitals were using. So, thanks again for your leadership and courage in fighting for medical freedom against all odds.
