A timeline of events during the pandemic and an update on our case against the FDA.

Spring Break is upon us in Texas, and I’m reminded that four years ago, our lives changed in ways we’d never imagine. Two days ago I gave a speech to a group of lawyers at the COVID Litigation Conference outlining my journey and discussing our case against the FDA. In preparing my speech, I realized the government’s war on ivermectin and persecution of me and other doctors fighting to use it was more than just a series of events unfolding in response to COVID - based on the timing, it’s clear what happened was a well-orchestrated attack, designed to get a shot in every American’s arm by suppressing early treatment and muzzling anyone who raised opposing views.

December 11, 2020: Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 shot became available under EUA in individuals 16 years of age and older.

March 5, 2021:  The FDA begins its attack on ivermectin, adding the following page on its website which clearly states ivermectin should not be used for the treatment or prevention of COVID-19.  Nowhere does it acknowledge that doctors can lawfully prescribe ivermectin for that use.  The FDA also published an ivermectin FAQ, entitled “COVID-19 and Ivermectin Intended for Animals.”  This page still exists on their website.

March 15, 2021:  Frustrated because only 10% of Americans have received both shots, Biden announces the deployment of a $1.5 billion PR campaign to convince every American to get the shot.

April 1, 2021:  Houston Methodist hospital announces it will become the first major employer and hospital in the country to mandate the COVID shots (effective June 7, 2021.) On the same day, HSS announces the launch of its vaccine propaganda machine, COVID-19 Community Corps. At this point, 50% of Americans have had one shot.

Summer 2021: COVID cases surge for the third time since the pandemic started.

Aug 21, 2021:  As COVID cases surge and interest in the shot wanes, the government becomes more vocal. On August 21st, the FDA and the media launched a full-scale PR campaign to deceive the public that ivermectin is solely used to treat horses.  This tweet, sent two days before Pfizer’s shot received full FDA approval, unequivocally directs the public not to use ivermectin to treat COVID.  Three days later, a flurry of mandates amongst big companies occurred.  

At this point, 70% Americans have had one shot.

Aug 23, 2021:  Pfizer shot gets full FDA approval.

Aug 24, 2021:  A flurry of big companies announce employee mandates.

Aug 26, 2021:  Pentagon announces military mandate.

Sept 9, 2021:  Biden announces mandate for all employers with 100 or more employees.

Sept 13, 2021:  HHS takes over distribution of monoclonal antibodies.  Whereas I once was able to get an unlimited supply, I am no longer able to get monoclonal antibodies to treat my patients.

Nov 4, 2021: CMS announces healthcare worker mandates.

Nov 7, 2021: I tweet out the same message 25 times - “Vaccine mandates are wrong” with a screenshot of a patient testimonial.

Nov 12, 2021:  Houston Methodist hospital tells a reporter at the Houston Chronicle that my privileges are suspended based on comments I’ve made on social media. The story goes global.

December 13, 2021: The FDA sends letter to the Federation of State Medical Boards and National Association of Boards of Pharmacy warning against use of ivermectin.

December 14, 2021:  Houston Methodist reports me to National Practitioner Data Bank.  I am banned access to the online chat group “Open Forum” on the American Academy of Otolaryngology website.

December 22, 2021: I received a letter received from Texas Medical Board accusing me of quality of care violation, disciplinary action by peers and unprofessional conduct.  Houston Methodist and Texas Huguley Hospitals filed these complaints.

May 11, 2022: Banned from TikTok.

July 28, 2022: Banned from Twitter.

The tides start to turn…..

Nov 1, 2022: Drs. Robert Apter, Paul Marik, and I file a legal complaint against the FDA for overstepping their authority and interfering with the doctor-patient relationship.

Dec 25, 2022: After a 5 month ban, my Twitter account is reinstated.

Feb 7, 2023: After our case against the FDA is dismissed based on the premise of Sovereign Immunity, and we file an appeal with the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Sept 1, 2023: The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals rules our case against the FDA may proceed.

Oct 7, 2023: Only 7% of Americans adults and 2% of children are following CDC guidelines and getting latest version of the COVID shot.

Nov 10, 2023: Texas signs into law a ban on all COVID vaccine mandates.

Nov 21, 2023: I connect with Brad Paquette, a representative from Michigan hospitalized with myocarditis after the shot and start building a coalition of elected officials and candidates calling for the COVID shots to be pulled off the market.

Feb 5, 2024: The FDA renewed a previous motion to dismiss for lack of standing. In response, the District Court disagrees, and the case can proceed.  Discovery starts next week.

Overview… and what lies ahead.

The concentration of attacks occurred from August 2021 - December 2021, but a year later, the tides have started to turn…. Twitter has became a place for free speech, our case against the FDA has moved forward and politicians are starting to wake up.

I am still under investigation from the Texas Medical Board. Last Thursday, they subjected me to a four hour deposition, but midway through, they offered to settle. They would not agree to dismiss, so I refused their offer and look forward to the public hearing April 29 - May 3.

The list I started on Nov 21, 2023 has grown to over 275 candidates and elected officials calling for the COVID shots to be pulled off the market. I started a 501(c)(4) called Americans For Health Freedom to support these candidates and educate the public on the dangers of the COVID shots.
