Is it because the FDA has not been interfering with the ability of doctors to practice medicine freely prior to Covid or simply that no doctor has had the motivation or courage to file such a suit. I was cured of advanced metastatic cancer many years ago by a Doctor who was hounded and ostracized and harassed for years by Federal and state medical authorities. So I know how critical this issue is for all of us.

This is effectively 100% once background mortality rate is factored in. Over a period of two weeks, we would expect around 0.04% of Americans to die, give or take a demographic mapping to your patient list.

Please also fight the unlawful vax mandates that are still being imposed on healthcare workers. they are also unconstitutional, and needed to be dropped.
Somehow, perhaps because the NIH benefits from patent royalties as do multiple government workers, their objectivity seems compromised. So any reason to cause virus vaccine hesitancy, like effective treatment, must be countered. Given the now known poor vaccine performance ought other options be examined? The conflicts of interests seem high.
The FDA has corrupt origins. Their regulatory power was created by deliberate release of toxins such as diethylene glycol and thalidomide. I'm not just saying that. I've researched it thoroughly.
They used those intentional releases to control what could be approved and not approved for use.
I just heard Joe Biden say to the nation that gun manufacturers are the only ones who can't be sued when they make something harmful. Guess he doesn't know about all the people being injured & dying from these vaccines.
Peter Marks has stated already, that he doesn’t feel their service was acceptable. To my opinion, FDA policies are not defendable by this time. The only solution I can see now, is to defuse NIAID, NIH, CDC and FDA, who failed spectacularly and let the doctors themselves to regulate treatments.
