Unfortunately, I don't think this lawsuit will succeed. Pfizer's protocol amendment #7, in Oct 2020, did notify the C4591001 study patients and the IRBs about Covid-19 vaccine causing pericarditis and myocarditis, which probably was what caused Sean's death, since his father referred to no Troponin/CRP done on Sean, when he was in pain. It falls on whoever vaccinated Sean to ensure he'd been properly informed of the vaccine adverse events, but even if he was, Sean could just brush it off, or he wasn't informed at all. When I notified Pfizer (US) that I developed skin lesions in the vaccinated arm, Pfizer bombarded me with additional information requests, electronically and by mail. I guess, Pfizer Canada works differently. Canadian medicine is self-serving, they'd circle the wagons vs. do the right thing.
My understanding is that physicians are not direct employees of the hospitals (unless it's different in Texas), but apply for privileges at certain hospitals? That's why hospitals can be sued directly only for the actions of nurses/etc, but only vicariously for physicians' negligence because they are not employees of hospitals, but patients have no ability to chose physician within a hospital, hospitals assign physicians to patients.

Make sure to focus on the extremely corrupt Scott Gottlieb! Pfizer needed him and he left the FDA during the pandemic to secure a high paying Pfizer role.
